OnePlus 3 Mini: Carl Pei ended speculation with a single Tweet

In the world of smartphones, there are benchmarks thanks again for the impatient among us first indications of upcoming devices. While yet the interest in coming releases is entitled not always the Leaks from AnTuTu and Co. are really reliable. In the case of OnePlus 3 mini, the head of the company, Carl Pei, discussion personally with a tweet ended.

If the smartphone maker would be not so secretive, it did not exist the guesswork about upcoming smartphones. When OnePlus 3, a phablet with 5.5-inch display, is for some time the question will be whether there will be also a mini version. Finally, there are many users who prefer a more compact format for smartphones and might want to be sure before buying a OnePlus 3 that not a short time later the desired smaller version hits the market.

Our colleagues at PhoneArena have supposedly in GFXBench found strong evidence for a OnePlus 3 Mini. On the (digital) paper, information sounded quite appealing: 4.6-inch display with full HD resolution, Snapdragon 820, 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB internal memory should the alleged One Plus have 3 Mini on board. The OnePlus CEO Carl Pei ended on twitter but fairly dry with the hashtag &# 8220; rumorshutdown&# 8221; the mystery of its mini version:

Indeed, it is not surprising that there will initially be no OnePlus 3 Mini. Finally, it has also given up the OnePlus-X series, to be able to better focus on a single flagship Killer series.
