Adobe Reader stores a list of recently opened documents so they can be accessed through the menu quickly. - the Windows key and R Hold down. This opens a dialog box.

- Search the Registry Editor Registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Adobe \ Acrobat \ 10.0 \ AVGeneral \ cRecentFiles.
